First time I've used calumet, thought from appearance the Birmingham branch was aimed at keen amateur / professional photographers and would offer good advice and products. I went in seeking advise about wireless flash use, bought a product and returned it the following day as the instructions in it said almost the opposite of what the staff member had told me and it did not match my needs (no e-TTL function country to what I had been told).
Took 5 days to refund the money to my account.
I don't think I will visit calumet again anywhere or recommend you.
