In this 21st Century age of E-Commerce and retail, it is overwhelmingly refreshing to know that there are still establishments who can deliver knowledgeable customer service with very competitive pricing whilst maintaining a storefront that provides the shopper with invaluable hands-on opportunities to feel and try the quality of of products prior to purchase. Calumet Photographic in Edinburgh are a fine example of this, and indeed, the whole experience for me, culminated in the purchase of multiple items. This would not have been the case had I ordered online. Web interfaces are ideal for gaining company and product information and prices, but you just can't beat getting your hands on the gear prior to purchase. Would I shop there again ? - Absolutely, and so should you. 5-stars 11/10
