it was the day after Boxing Day and one member of staff was on duty. As he dealt with the customer he was with, he made sure we were acknowledged and assured that he would be with us as soon as possible.
When it was our turn, he gave us his full attention and helped me select a tripod to suit my needs, with an excellent discount on the tripod head. He also gave me good advice on selecting filters.
I will definitely be back for other purchases in the future.
