The product i purchased was good and as described and i was pleased to find that the price had been significantly reduced which meant i could buy extra items. (Calumet speedlights down by 50%.) i bought 4 instead of 2. One area for improvement though would be to make it clear where to queue to speak to a member of staff. I waited for over half an hour to buy the speedlights despite having an order number and just needed to pick the items up. There were i think 3 counter areas and as i waited by one, someone else would come in and wait by another and get served first. this happened several times and was most annoying. I know it isa a fine balance as jessops have the opposite problem of having a dozen staff descend on you as you enter which deters one from browsing. don't want to sound like a whinger but I hope this is of some use to you.
