I saw a lens that I was interested at a cheaper price elsewhere and they matched the price over the phone. I collected the lens in person that afternoon.

The only thing that would make it sweeter would be a process for doing this all online. I.E. I go onto the website, put in the page that has the lens at a cheaper rate, and get a code that can be applied at checkout for the difference. No phone required.
