I bought a quality top-brand printer from Calumet and when it came out of the box it was faulty. The manufacturers (Epson) were pretty hopeless at helping but Calumet was very good. They instantly dispatched a replacement and it arrived even before the faulty printer was collected. Thanks Calumet!
