I received no notification of when the item was ready to pick up. I had some questions about the item in the store and staff had no knowledge of the product.
Also, the product was not in the best condition. It was a silver/white shoot through umbrella and quite a bit of the silver is scuffed etc. However the product does basically function. If I hadn't brought it at the sale price however I would been very disappointed.
