I went to the store on Drummond Street with several questions/problems. All got answered quickly and succinctly. The first was a query re a Manfroto tripod head which had developed quite a sloppy movement. That was sorted in three minutes. I also wanted a new Carbon Fibre tripod for the head as the Aluminium ones I have are quite heavy when used in the landscape or on location. Two minutes later and a Calumet own brand was bought. I also needed a camera sensor clean - come back in an hour or after lunch. He even recommended where to go. A great Burger and coffee later and all was ready. Last of all I purchased a larger six foot soft box three years ago and needed to replace the universal joint and Bowen's holder. Two ex demo pieces and the massive spend of a tenner mean't I walked away a very happy man. Cheers guys. Will be back next week...
