The phones weren't working properly at first so a bit of difficulty getting to speak to a person but once I did it was plain sailing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy process of purchasing and the new Bowens Lights arrived double quick time. Wrong address on the docket, but luckily our postman knows where everyone lives!
