I always feel joy when I visit my local Birmingham Calumet store in Birmingham. The staff there are very personal and make me feel as if I'm valued as a photographer as opposed to just a customer. I have often been put off by competing camera shops whose staff don't share the same attitude or approach as that of Calumet's. Often sales persons care more about pushing a product or sale on you for the sake of targets, rather than offering a more quality customer service, but this is not the case with Calumet; Adel & Tom, who are the two staff members that I am most familiar with, go above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need & always ensure I am not disappointed... Calumet in Birmingham, is a gem within the photographic industry.
