The products I have ordered are exactly as described and are great quality. The next day delivery was prompt and overall I have very happy with the services provided.
The only thing I would say that is slightly negative is that I closed the 'Chat' box and once disappeared there is no way to get it back. This didn't hinder my experience but it many for others using the site.
