I was very happy with the service and support from the staff, really helpful and took time to walk through several questions I had as I was looking for a new bag and ND Filter (which I successfully bought).
Dont agree that this shop is only for professionals, albeit the kit was amazing and perhaps looked upon with envy, but I did not feel out of place as a relative beginner.
