Went in to purchase a Nikon Lens, was told they didn't carry that particular lens but they could order it. Agreed to that did the paperwork was told it could take up to a week, a week later got a phone call to say my lens was in. Went in on Saturday spoke to a very cheerful and pleasant assistant signed for my lens and left. No fuss, no drama, no pressure sales talk, a simple and efficient transaction. I have used Calumet on a number of occasions and this has always been my experience.
