I ordered a lens from the Manchester store, it arrived the next day. The staff in the shop rang to let me know it arrived at the shop immediately. It was my first visit to the Manchester store and I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They dealt with my order very efficiently. I was very impressed and will definitely return for future photographic requirements. As I left the shop the girl who handled my order asked me to make sure to let her know how I liked the lens. The personal touch is very unusual these days. I would definitely recommend to others.
