Ordered from the website - an easy process and the equipment arrived the next day. Unfortunately I wasn't in but a neighbour took it in for me. It would have been nice to know it had been delivered & where it had been delivered to as no card was left, or email sent confirming the delivery. It wasn't until I saw my elderly neighbour the next day that I was aware of the delivery! Not Calumet's fault I'm sure as the responsibility for this would be with the courier company.
