The cable from your duo power pack is not suitable for purpose. It is not strain relieved, and the insulation is to brittle and not flexible, which for a curly cable is not good.
One cable lasted only one job. The second cable was starting to crack after one set of images.
A previous cable cracked and shorted out almost setting me on fire. Not pleasant!!
A major redesign is needed on the cable so that it is more flexible.
Your staff at the Photo show changed the leads with out trouble..
