I urgently needed a camera because mine broke 24hrs before I was due to leave on holiday. I called 3 of the main high st electrical stores, I was told the product is available, but not in-store, and can be delivered within 3-5 working days. When I called Calumet, I spoke to Indira and she assured me that she could get the camera to me by the following morning (Saturday). Also, if I was concerned I could ring Calumet on Saturday and check item was on route. I placed my ordered for a camera and memory card and to my surprise both arrived at 7.30am the following morning. Thank you for an excellent service, a rare commodity these days. Thank you Indira.
