I always have and always will do all my photography business with Calumet. They are professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable...and very local to my place of work. I had a great replacement experience with Calumet recently. I purchased a Canon 5D III at the Photography Show. It turned out to be faulty. I popped into the store in Drummond St. had it checked out and it was promptly replaced with a new one the following lunchtime. All the time, i was dealth with courteously and with a smile. I will be buying a few L-series lenses from them soon and am very much looking forward to it.
