Though I was informed of back orders when placing my on-line order I didn't expect it to come in 5 different consignments which must have cost you, two of which arrived on the same day and one one more the next. I assume you don't hold any stock! After 3 weeks and still waiting for 2 items I had to phone you up only to be told that these were still not in stock, so I arranged to have an alternative which arrived next day. great but still one thing missing after 4 weeks and I had to phone you again but to cancel this time. My question is, why should I be chasing you after spending over £1000.00 with you.
