I use Calumet for perhaps half the photographic gear I buy, usually the Bristol branch, but occasionally London branches too.
The service is efficient and friendly and although I'm usually clear on what I want when I walk in the staff are knowledgable and enthusiastic.
Only downside is that they don't have more specialist items in stock to take away at Bristol but as they can get them there in a couple of days that's only a problem in an emergency.
