Ordered on a Saturday for next day delivery, paid £4.99. I expected it to arrive on the Tuesday as it was bank holiday on the Monday. It didn't arrive until Wednesday afternoon. Shame as I missed out on some photography work that I needed it for.
I called on Tuesday to enquire where the order was and was told that a Saturday was not a normal working day to place an order and this was why it came a day later than I had expected :(
