I've used Calumet for a many years and nearly always found it an excellent place to shop.
I was in the Wardour St. branch, the branch I personally prefer to deal with, on Sat 2nd April and purchased some Calumet wireless triggers. The service by the Scottish chap was exceptional. I've always found his level of service superb, always willing to show products and explain them, or letting me try lenses etc.
Overall Calumet is a excellent camera shop.
