easy to use website, customer service a bit mixed, as tried to sort out finance problem on many occasions without a proper outcome, but eventually got through and spoke to 1 gentleman who actually sorted the problem out and even got my items delivered the next day too. excellent service from some of the team but looks like some need extra training to get them up to standard. all in all a good experience but could have been an excellent experience. Very pleased with items purchased, would definitely shop again.
