very knowledgable and friendly staff ..patient in explaining things and not in a hurry to deal with another customer should your question be a tad more than they anticipated. Prices are a little more than a few of their competitors I have dealt with and they don't tend to offer protection cover on some if not most of their items. That has been the main reason I have gone to other suppliers when it comes to buying lenses and camera equipments. other than that, great company and they all seem like a team to me. great recipe for success if you ask me.
