So I was happy with the ordering process and the items arrived around the estimated time and I was glad that Calumet matched a better price so product so saving me £100 :) As the product I ordered was a special order, I know it would take around 20 days to arrive.
My disappointment was that I emailed your staff member who processed my order asking for a status update around 15 days after I made the order but I didn't have a reply from them. 8 or 9 days Later I sent Another email requesting a status update as I hadn't had a reply from my previous email to them and they asked for my order number and then the next day informed me that that item was on its way and I would have it that day.
I was surprised that no update on my order and shipment notification was sent to me (which I was told would be the case) and no tracking information was provided when I was told the order was on its way, I then asked the person (who was dealing with my order) to send me the fedex tracking number and they simply sent a screenshot of the Fedex shipping info...this is a bit lazy in my opinion!
If someone is spending in excess of £2000 I would expect a certain level of decent customer service.
