The camera I ordered was showing as out of stock with more stock due in soon. I checked back a couple of weeks later to see that it was marked as not going to be re-stocked on the website, I had to chase customer service to find out whether this meant that my order was going to be honoured or not as there was no proactive communication about this.
Turns out it wasn't so I was refunded, I wonder if this would have happened if I hadn't chased it. Not good service by modern standards.
