I have purchased cameras, lenses and other equipment from the Manchester branch over the last few months. All members of staff are friendly, polite and in no way pushy! They are knowledgeable and are happy to help when needed. Other high street photography chains should take note - pushy sales people may get a small additional sale on the day but they lose customers. Calumet have me as a customer for the forseeable future.
