The young lady (Edinburgh Branch) spent quite an amount of time looking at my exact needs (a backpack) to ensure that I had the right unit for the job. I was looking at the Manfrotto range, but asked about another make. She took the trouble to locate the correct size of one, and pointed out the substantial wight difference that this would incur.
