Most of my camera purchases are made at Calumet and the fact i keep coming back is testament to my satisfaction of the service I have received. The key to this satisfaction is the staff. When I get service from a member of staff, other members will greet and speak to me. When I pre-ordered items the staff member dealing with the purchase has kept me in the loop. There a friendly atmosphere in the shop and a customer can browse the the shop without the fear of being harassed by a member of staff. In the purchase that generated this review the Open Day. I purchased a Lowepro Event Messenger 150. The Lower rep reduced the price by £10 and and Calumet gave a 20% discount. One of the problems that does irritate me and this is not the fault Calumet. Like other areas of retail, manufactures like to have sales,which means keeping prices high for a lot of the year. I am now reluctant to purchase big ticket items until I see the sale sign. Derek
