I have purchased a fair bit of equipment from Calumet, including a DSLR body and some lenses, and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, informative, and professional. They answer any queries well, and actually listen to what the customers requirements are, without trying to sell 'add-ons' that just aren't needed.
I will always use Calumet as the first port of call, never really having to look elsewhere after contacting them.
