I was served by two different members of staff who I had approached speperatly. Both were very efficient and polite. The chap I bought the lens from clearly knew his subject well. The sale was not in the slightest bit rushed and there was no pressure to buy. A pleasurable 30 minutes in the shop and I have a nice new lens.
