Although I rate Calumet as excellent I am afraid that the delivery side of your service was a little slack. My delivery was sent to the billing address and not the delivery address and had to be re- posted also the address on the invoice was also the billing address not the delivery address. Calumet however are a great company with excellent service so all is forgiven.
