I've only used Calumet recently after using the usual retailers for quite a few years. I have to say I'm very pleased with the team's knowledge and their willingness to share advice and tips with you. Also their friendliness and honesty (John, very nice chap who could have sold me something that wasn't appropriate for my use).
One of the most important things when I shop for camera gear is price, i asked for a price match and got a better than price match price so I was really pleased and will definitely be using them again.
