Staff friendly but the girl who served me knew nothing about photography or the camera equipment I was interested in. She wasn't new to the place but even had to ask for help with the till.
That's a training issue. Also recruitment as they should be hiring people with a reasonable interest and knowledge of photography. This isn't just a 'job' to use a till, it's one which needs some specialist knowledge.
