Calumet in Manchester gave me very good advice on a tripod head over the telephone. They were even more helpful when I visited the store next day to follow-up. I was very happy with what I bought, the service - which was friendly and very helpful - and the price. I even learned a couple of features on my existing tripod of which I was unaware (shame on me).
