When I initially entered the store, I felt slightly intimidated as the quality of products on display were clearly quality products and aimed at the professional and enthusiastic amateur. I was quickly put at ease by staff who were knowledgable and friendly and appeared very willing to assist me get the appropriate product for my needs. I was unfortunate in that there was a shortage of one of the products I required and because of the the photography show at NEC it was being held in Birmingham. It therefore took longer to deliver than expected (a clash of priorities for the company). I was updated as soon as the product arrived and unlimately I would have said the shopping experience was very good if it had not been for the slight delay getting the product. My first experience with the company, and because of the conduct of your staff, I am likely to shop there again in the future.
