The staff who dealt with me were very pleasant helpful and efficient. . They appeared to be hampered by the complexities of the purchase on the computer. I mam awaiting the delivery of the EIZO monitor so I cannot comment on the delivery. Calumet does have a good reputation with my colleagues at photo club for the quality of the kit they sell.
