Always tried to use you as your staff are more knowledgable than most other photographic stores.The only thing I have had a problem was,I went to,the photography show and bought a canon pro 100 printer.I was told you were out of stock but would let me know when they would be back in stock.I got a e-mail saying Canon would supply you at the end of the month,being in the need for it as soon as possible I thought the end of the month would have to do.then when I was on your website looking at something else I decide to check if the printer was in stock,I was suppressed to find it was.I rang your Manchester branch who told me they had them in stock,but I had not received any notification?I thought this was not he best advert for you as I had already paid for the printer.
