Customer service is very good, my only complain is about the lack of products. You have a huge shop but looks empty, almost everything excluding bags, tripods and small thing have to be ordered. I keep wondering when Calumet with have a decent shop with a great stock of cameras, lenses and everything else in London. I'm not asking you to be as amazing as B&H in NY, but if you cold be half of it, would be great.
