I really enjoy buying camera gear in a real shop. It's important to get your hands on it. These guys are excellent, friendly motivated and knowledgeable. I've bought and hired from them with no problems. Last time they charged me for a cheaper ball head than the model I wanted. Instead of updating the invoice they just let it go. I got a bargain!
