Every contact I've had with Calumet has been positive - I'd especially like to praise the staff of the Birmingham branch where the manager Adele offers superb advice, putting the customer first.
Its this kind of approach that has meant I've bought items from the store which I could have got a little cheaper going on-line. If this isn't praise enough for her approach then I don't know what is!
