I have always bought directly from the Manchester shop and been completely satisfied. However I was disappointed this time when I ordered some lens cleaning fluid. I tried to order it online but your system wouldn't work. I then rang the order through and paid over £4 rapid delivery on a £10 item. I needed the item quickly as I was going on a trip. The item didnt arrive in time and then turned up 3 weeks later.
I would use you again for face to face purchases but would prefer to use WEX or Amazon for online purchases for reliable delivery.
