I am now a fully ‘retired’ professional photographer, if such a thing is ever possible. I dealt with this firm when they were called ‘Pelling and Cross’, long before being taken over by Calumet but nothing much has changed. They are one of the top professional photographic dealers in the UK and still my first port of call for all new equipment. To be honest my pre-order of the Nikon D500 has taken a ‘very long time’ to come but that was not their fault. The earthquake in Japan disrupted supply and as always, Nikon gave the lion’s share of what was available to America. Thanks to Calumet however I now have one of the very first Nikon D500’s in the country and could not be happier. Cropped frame or not it is just one fantastically 'fast' camera (Focus / FPS / ISO ) all just go! go! go! I speak as a happy D810 owner….
