Having expressed interest in a new camera which was obviously in demand, the store manager, Lesley, alerted me when one was in stock and held it aside to allow me several days to get to the branch and assess it before making a decision as to whether to purchase it, even though others definitely wanted to buy.
I've not had anything other than excellent customer service from the Manchester branch.
