I went in to the Soho store with an item in mind, but not exactly sure what my options were. I was presented with a couple of different products and I made my decision. The guy was friendly and helpful, and I swiftly bought a Manfrotto 055 Carbon Fibre tripod and carry bag. He even gave me a small discount. Thanks Calumet!
