As with all my contacts with Calumet, both in person at Bristol and through central telephone ordering, this order was no different. I called to get a second battery pack for my Nikon. Having experience of Calumets own brand I ordered one, however, it was put on back order due to manufacturing issues in Japan. I was kept up to date on delivery. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and give a feeling of people centred service - Excellent. I also find Calumet a fantastic location to go and see equipment in a relaxed atmosphere.
