Recently upgraded camera so needed to replace cables for remote shutter control, browsed web site and found the item I needed, to confirm that I had the correct cable for my new camera spoke with the customer service who informed me that the cable I had chosen was in fact not compatible, they soon pointed me in the right direction. Great service, great advice, very good selection of products.
First time I have used the company but from know on it will be my first port of call.
