Calumet offer a good range of professional photographic equipment and I would highly recommend them for this. The standards of customer service and interaction with the staff at Drummond Street is generally good even though you may have to wait in a queue to be served. I do find the direct sales telephone customer service and interface is not always friendly and verging on on being impolite. I recently made an enquiry about a £5,000 camera I had just purchased from the Drummond Street store and I was not sure if the customer service person had actually heard what I had said - I had to force a response from them. They were quick to cover up - however I didn't feel they were that bothered about my custom. To be fair - on the other hand I have spoken with other customer service agents who have been a model of what you would expect from a customer services agent - polite, engaging, mindful and they appeared to value my business.
