Visited Drummond Street store after experiencing very poor service at another retailer in W1 who advertise a "fantastic new store in the heart of London".
In contrast at Calumet I was served by James who proved to be knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me buy without me feeling that I was being sold too. The store is bright, spacious and well stocked. I can highly recommend both the store and James in particular.
