Calumet guarantees next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm on weekdays. I chose Calumet because of this - yet two hours after placing the order, they sent me an email telling me that they could not meet the delivery time. I only read this email late at night - after an extremely busy workday. Devastating news ... as I needed this delivery. However, after phoning Calumet Dispatch Center, i was put through to Jorge who went to great lengths to get my order delivered by Fedex before I left, which was a Saturday morning. Fedex arrived at 8 am. , I left at 9 am... This is the best customer service ever experienced from a photography dealer. I highly recommend Calumet and will not hesitate to use them again.
